About Northwood PFC
At the heart of Northwood’s success is the collaboration between school and home. Our Parent Faculty Club is an active, well-organized team which facilitates major fundraisers yearly and dozens of events to support learning and build school spirit. We have many dedicated volunteers during the school day as well as at our various events.
All parents of Northwood Elementary School students are members of our PFC. There is no membership fee. Board meetings are held monthly and all are invited to attend. General meetings are held in the fall at Back to School Night and at the end of the year. The PFC organizes many activities for NES students and runs various fundraisers throughout the year.
Meet the Board
We share Northwood's vision for every child to be known, safe, encouraged, challenged, and inspired.
Our Mission
The Northwood PFC focus on efforts to support the Northwood community by fundraising for educational programs, classroom supplies, technology, assemblies, and field trips to enhance the learning environment.
We work to foster strong relationships and open communication between parents, faculty, and the school administration. We organize fun, educational events and activities for families and staff to promote involvement and a sense of belonging. We coordinate parent and community volunteers to support teachers and school initiatives.

Our Vision
We seek to create a supportive and well-resourced environment that enriches the educational and learning experiences of all students.
We seek to build a strong, collaborative school community through active participation and positive relationships between parents, teachers, and students.
We hope to help make every child's potential a reality by providing the resources and support needed for their academic, social, and emotional growth.
