Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!
The Parent Faculty Club (PFC) is comprised of Northwood parents, teachers and Faculty who volunteer their time and are actively involved in the enrichment of the Northwood community. Throughout the school year, we host a variety of fundraisers and fun community events to fund the many needs of our school that are not financially supported by the District. As a Northwood Family, your are automatically a member of the PFC, it is our goal to keep you well informed and able to participate in as many of these events as possible. Together, we will support and fund Northwood to ensure our children are getting the best, well rounded education possible in a positive and fun environment.
PFC meetings are held once a month, in the evenings with child care provided, and all Northwood parents are welcome to attend.

Jog-a-Thon
The Jog-a-Thon is one of three major fundraisers at Northwood Elementary School. The Jog-a-thon takes place at the beginning of the school year and is a fun and fit way for the entire school to get involved with fundraising. When the students are doing their laps, parents and faculty are there to cheer them on and support our school. Students raise money and earn prizes and the chance to participate in fun activities. We hope to see you at the Northwood Jog-a-thon!
Read-a-thon
Our annual Read-a-Thon is an adventurous and imaginative way through the world of reading. It also allows us to raise money for our school, and continue our pursuit of excellence. When we work together, Northwood Eagles are able to set great records, and achieve anything we put our minds to!
The event features live and silent auctions full of fabulous items accompanied by a sit down dinner. Contributions benefit all of the children of Northwood Elementary School! Proceeds enable the school to provide funding support for art, STEM, science, field trips and other programs that have been affected due to budget constraints at the district level.
Please consider finding/ Donating auction items, gathering sponsors and sending the online portion of the auction to friends and family.
